Jordyn Brunson did not make it far down the runway before she spotted her dad.
The two-year-old, wearing a tiny No. 11 Knicks jersey dress with a feathered boa and blue Nikes, was holding her mom’s hand under the lights outside Macy’s Herald Square. Then she stopped, pointed, and smiled. Jalen Brunson did not stay in his seat.

The event was Rookie Kids: Runway on Broadway on Thursday night, a Macy’s partnership that put celebrity kids on a catwalk to support the Second Round Foundation. Brunson founded that charity with his mother in 2023. He was also the host.

More behind the scenes moments to share but for now, one of the sweetest moments was @jalenbrunson1 hopping on the runway to walk with his wife and baby girl. :)”
That is the whole story in one caption. The host became part of the show because his daughter wanted him there.
Ali wore a blue-and-white quarter-zip and black pants. Jalen kept it simple: white Nike T-shirt, black pants, white sneakers, and the tinted sunglasses he never seems to leave home without. Jordyn stole it anyway. A jersey dress with dad’s number and a white bow in her hair will do that.
